camry 98 fuel pressure regulator

Hi guys,

I have camry 98 v6 ... the car started smell like gas from time to time, then i figure that theres a gas leak that happens from time to time only ...I traced it. i found that it comes from the fuel pressure regulator.

So the mechanic asked for 400$ to do this job. I dont have that money

I found the part in autozone for 90$ .. so i was thinking of replacing it myself.

So i have some questions :

1) the fuel pressure regulator in my car looks different than the one at autozone. but autozone guys say its the same.
2) can you explain to me step-by-step how to replace it .... since this is the first time i am doing a mechanical work in my car. but i am a fast learner.
