How to replace the downstream oxygen sensor on a 2000 Camry 4 cylinder gas engine

To all "do-it-yourself" enthusiast:

I just want to help if anyone wants to replace their own downstream oxygen sensor on a 2000 Toyota Camry with a 4 cylinder gas engine.
First off...jack up the car to determine which side the oxygen sensor is coming out of the exhaust pipe after the catalytic convertor. It should be somewhere under the front seat area on either side of the vehicle.
Mine was coming out the exhaust and "facing" towards the "drivers" seat.
Now I've read a lot of information on this subject both here and on the internet of what needs to be removed (front passenger seat) of the vehicle in order to gain access to the connector. THEY WERE WRONG!! Remember I said the connector was facing the "drivers" side of the vehicle....hint hint. My connector was located under the drivers seat carpet!
