96 camry tune up and questions

Hi. I am starting to do a tuneup with my camry. I just had it aline not too long. Here is what I am planing to do.

Front wheel bearing
T-Bone engine mount
Cap, Rotor and plugs
New Radiator (too rusty)

I want to do struts and spring but it cost too much (saving 50 a paycheck, monroe strut and spring). Maybe next spring/summer along with all new belts.

I know I need a new O2 sensor and a new exhaust to pass emission this year (check engine light). I am thinking about welding my own since i have a mig welder. What would be cheaper? I am thinking about buying the front with the converter and finish the back piece. For anyone who has do exhuast, is it cheaper to make or just take it to the shop? Thanks.

As long as all thoes thing need replacing, sounds like a good plan. as far as the exhaust, your plan there sounds solid! its much easier to just buy a front section with the cat and then fab your own catback. fabbing it youself is definatly gonna be cheaper then having a shop do it. unless you can find a catback for cheap at a junkyard.
