Does my transmission pan have 15 or 17 holes?

2.2 automatic...went to Advance Auto and was asked which one and I couldn't tell! The DIY here says 15, but according to the store both 2.2 gaskets were showing different number of holes...

I don't do the job til Friday and can't climb under the car until then

Advance Auto must have pulled the V6 kit. For some reason rockauto also shows the V6 kits under I4.

The 2.2L uses Aisin A140E transmission. The pan has 15 bolts. The 17-bolt one is for the v6, it's the Aisin A540 series.

For example, the Beck Arnley kit $16.31:

Thanks for clarifying. I had a feeling it was 15.

Everytime I hear Aisin 140E I think of this: I had to google it cause I thought that was from Audi LOL

Don't forget the differential too. Open the fill plug first. What ATF do you plan on using?
