92 camry Rusted muffler flange

So the flanges at the muffler have completely rusted out. So is there anyway to fix this other than finding someone to weld it back together. Doesnt appear that the walker flange repair kit will work since the pipe isnt round right there.

So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

looks exactly what mine looks like. i believe auto parts stores also sell flange kits that bolt on. i ran to a local salvage yard and bought the rear section (aft flex pipe) of exhaust that is in good shape for about $35.
