4th Generation Keyless Entry Isn't Working

Hey guys. I'm new here so I feel a little introduction is expected for me and my car. My name is Anthony and I have a 1999 V6 Camry LE with about 225k on it currently. The car runs beautifully except for on days like this.

Today, the keyless entry stopped working. I can open the car with my keys and the power locks themselves still work but I can't lock or unlock anything with the remotes. That would just be an inconvenience except for the fact that I can't actually start my car without a remote. I have to unlock it with the remote and start it within approx. 30 seconds or the engine will not turn over. I'm currently trying to figure out how to program my remotes again and would really appreciate any input on this. Hopefully you guys agree that getting them programmed would solve this issue. Anyway... I'm off to try to find the mythical ECU and its magic green button but I will be checking this all day until it is fixed.

Edit: I have tried a couple methods to program the remotes and so far, no luck. I have pulled of the mirror control switch and tried to jump terminal 2 to terminal 10 but it turns out terminal 2 is completely empty in my car. I have also tried a couple methods that involved a lot of opening and closing my door but nothing happened there either. I'm open to any suggestions. Currently trying to find the ECU with a green button on it. I'm not sure if I have one.

Edit 2: I replaced the remote batteries. The issue is still unresolved.

I thought it would be unlikely for both remotes to go from working from outside to the car nothing at all at the exact same time. I suppose it is worth a shot though. I'm not having luck fining the ECU anyway.

Also, I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the battery because I read in a different thread that that might help.

Is this the factory or aftermarket system?

I honestly couldn't tell you if it is factory or aftermarket. How can I tell? I seem to have two aftermarket remotes.

The FCC ID on the first (3 button) is AVX01BT3CL3 which appears to be made by Audiovox.
The second one (2 button) is ELVAT5B and it has the word "Pursuit" on the front.

I'm completely stumped, guys. I am now wondering if there is some way of bypassing whatever requires me to use the remote. Anyone have ideas? I need this car to get to work.

Victory! My standards did drop but the car now will start. Keyless entry is no longer a feature though but I can make it to work tomorrow! I take a picture and post what I removed with a longer explanation tomorrow for the record and in order to help anyone who may need it.
