need to know which transmissions works in my 96 camry le 3.0 Auto,do i have an option to get one from a 95,94,97 please help

You would have to look at the Codes of the transmission.

For instance:

The A140E Transmission that is made in 92,93,94 is different from the A140E made in 95,96.

Your best bet is to take a look at all the connections (electrical) on the transmission you currently have, and take a look at the transmission you want to see that May work. If all of the plugs match up, most likely the transmission will work.

no you cant go by code

94-96 are different

you can only use 94-96 v6

97+ have a different valve control but the same code a541e
