I have 222k+ on mine and it gets a super-tech 10w-40 oil/filter change every ~3+k to ~6k miles depending on what kind of driving I'm doing. The only trouble I've had was using synthetic on my 82 pickup. It slowly leaked out the front crank seal so I just added normal 10W-40 to top it up until all the synth had leaked out.
