ok this is a edit of a the old post "PS Fluid empty". I drove many 100 miles since cleaning the return line, and frame pictured below and it's wet again. But just in the area of the pipe. So I guess that metal pipe is leaking. I'm going to call around and fine one today. I'm hoping I can find a Gates brand within $40. If not Napa has one in town for about $30-$35.
Anyone know how hard it is to get the return line out off the Rack and Pinion?

I think there was a little below the hump in the bottom, but that's it. So I get a qt of Valvoline MaxLife MaxLife DEX/MERC ATF. It took a good half bottle. So tonight I changed my oil, and look what I seen. I seen it before but my buddy thought it was from removing the filter. And I figure the people that had it before never put rags around the base of the filter to keep it clean. So today i looked a little closer and seen it was clear, and didn't smell like motor or atf fluid. So know I'm thinking someone put brake fluid in by accident. Anyways I'm going to watch for that leak. I cleaned it off. Do you think brake fluid would have damaged anything? I would believe it would leak.
