where to buy used engine

hey,

where do you guys buy your used engines at ? im trying to buy a used 3mz and have found prices around 800-1k. is that a good price ? im sure i can find them for a lot cheaper from local sellers but i dunno where to look

That's about what i would expect to pay for a low mileage great condition motor.

I would see $500-$600.00 a more feasible amount.

but they're all like 100k mile engines. i dont think thatd be considered a low milege good condition engine.

any ideas of where i could buy a 3mz for around 600usd ?

Lol ya your right I've been in tx for about 5 months. CraZy thing though is when I got down here I started getting calls from the other company I worked for begging me to come back. But this new
Offer I couldn't refuse. It's double the pay and half the amount of work. It sucks because I really like my current job as a diesel mechanic, but I was trying to get them to match my pay and they wouldn't so...
