4th Generation Help!01 camry EVAP problem with cel!

Hi everyone,I really needs your help!
CEL with codes:P0440,P0441,P0446,
dealer told me to replace "Charcoal Canister,VSV valve and a genuine fuel cap", and asked me for $800.
Now I'm trying to get the parts and find a mechanic to do the job to save money, but I just can't find the correct part #.
1.For the VSV,there're 3 in 01 camry(I4):air cleaner,charcoal canister and EGR in Rockauto,which one should I get,just the one near the charcoal canister(Dorman 911-601)?
2.For the charcoal canister,I can't find the correct charcoal canister assembly in Rockauto,I searched and some people said maybe the part"77740-06170",however,it looks like it fits(info from ebay) only"2000-2004 Avalon 2000-2001 Camry USA build only 2000-2003 Solara",and unfortunaly my vin is JT2BG22K710555xxx, which means it was built in Janpa, not in USA,so maybe not a good fit?
And do I still need to buy the vsv separately if I got the canister assembly?
So I just don't know which parts to buy,and where to buy them(any recommendation seller?).
I would really appreciate your help and any suggestions.

Background:The check engine light has been on for 2 years,I changed the catalytic converter and o2 sensor and got rid of the P0420,but other codes are still there. And I need to pass the emission test this month...

what you need to do is call toyota, give them your VIN, and ask them what the part numbers are for those parts. Then there is no guessing involved

P0440, P0441, and P0446 all at the same time generally points to a few things.

1) The system isn't holding pressure because of a leak
2) The VSVs are no longer switching
3) The actual canister has gone bad

These codes generally indicate the vapor pressure sensor is still operating as long as they are not accompanied by P0450 or P0451.

Usually, P0441 and P0446 are caused by a crack or break in the fuel tank overfill check valve (fill check valve for short) on Camrys. It's a common issue after so many years. Because it's mounted in the fuel tank, many people opt to have this done by a technician. But, the codes can also be caused by a hose leak, gas cap leak, and/or a bad bypass VSV on the charcoal canister. Don't forget, however, that there is another VSV on the engine itself which controls the purge rate of the vapors. This is the main EVAP VSV and is quite expensive to replace. Test all of the VSVs by applying 12V battery voltage to the terminals. If it clicks, the VSV is operating. If it clicks intermittently, it's likely on its way out or is dirty inside. No click means the solenoid inside the VSV has failed.

P0440 is a general malfunction that encompasses the entire EVAP system, so it's difficult to diagnose. If a leak is detected anywhere in the system, this code may be present. It's basically the same as P0442, which is a pin-hole/small leak.

If you buy a new charcoal canister from Toyota, it will come with the canister VSV and vapor pressure sensor already plumbed in.

And of course, when all else fails, the canister is the culprit.

Good luck.
