does any one know who make the OEM idler pulley, tensioner pulley for 1mz-fe engine?

i searched on rockauto and found AISIN Part # TKT004 for timing belt component kit,
the kit contain timing belt, water pump, waterpump gasket, idler, tensioner

are these the same part as i would get from toyota stealership with marked up price?

Yes. Put that part number into google shopping and you should find it cheaper on eBay.

Gates makes a nice combo set.

It has a timing belt, and the two pulleys. I got mine from Kragen/O'riely's.

Edit: I got to thinking about the price that Kragen/Oreilly had for the timing belt kit so I went and dug up the receipt for what I paid when I did mine in Novermber of last year. Get this, I paid $95.00 for the same kit 7 months ago. Based on what they want today. that's almost a 50% increase.
You might want to do some shopping around to see if you can find a better price.

Check out the Gates timing component kit on rockauto. Or the Dayco component kit (only the pulleys) and add a Dayco timing belt (usually ContiTech made in Italy), also good stuff. I prefer Gates but also use Dayco.

OEM gets Koyo or NSK bearings depending on the lowest bidder. Koyo also shows up in Gates kits along with GMB. Or OP can get the Aisin kit. It's probably the Koyo pulleys and a Mitsuboshi timing belt, also depending on the lowest bidder of the batch.
