Repairing a severed wire harness

I have a 93 camry 4 door, automatic, 4 cyl engine

Here's my problem...I was doing 65 mph when my front driver side tire shredded. The rubber flapping made a mess of the front quarter panel, and cut through a wire harness, which killed the engine and then wouldn't start. I've spliced all the wires, except there are 2 wires (1 black, 1 white) that come from the firewall and are in their own yellow flexible tube. I can't find where they are supposed to go?? Anyone know?? Plus the car still doesn't start. Is there any special thing I need to do after getting the wires all connected?

Thanks in advance for any help that you can give.

Yellow tube = airbag wires. Going to the airbag sensors located behind the bumper, under the headlight.
