3rd Generation Stalling and low temperature

I have a 94 V6 and this morning after a couple of stop lights my car started stalling and the temperature gauge was really low (below the midpoint). Its riding around at a low RPM gauge and it doesn't want to go forward. Does anyone know what the issue could be? It was low on gas but not that much.

Not much info... but if its not getting up to normal temp, you could have a bad/ stuck open thermostat, that would cause your car to run very rich/poorly( computer sees the coolant is cold and enriches the mixture).

Slightly below the midpoint is normal for a Camry. If it's w-a-a-a-y below midpoint, and/or taking it's own sweet time warming up, it's usually the thermostat sticking open. That shouldn't cause the stalling, 'tho.

Does it run OK once you're a bit above idle, and can you keep it running OK if you give it a bit of throttle when you're idling? If so, possibly the idle air control valve is sticking closed. When was the last time you cleaned the throttle body and IAC (if ever)?

Disregard the low temperature claim. Apparently I was at a stop light and the light turned green, so I pressed the gas but the even after going to 4k RPM the car was going only 10 MPH. After reaching my destination then driving around the rest of the day (after filling gas), the car was driving and shifting perfectly. It was empty when this issue came up so idk if filling my tank fixed the issue...
