3rd Generation Rear passenger wheel

So I went on a 10 day trip to come back to my cars rear passenger side tire wont turn. Any ideas on what i could do to get it to roll so I can get it out of the garage?
Its just the one the car almost rolls then stops and the only way to get the car to move is push the tire a long ways and listen to it skid.

the easier way just to move the car. go to a local fast food place and "borrow" a tray. lift the stuck wheel off the ground and put the tray under the wheel then lower. the plastic tray has less friction than rubber and will help to slide the car out. scrap metal works too.

ultimately you will have to pull the wheel and see if the parking brake is frozen, caliper is frozen or possible a bad bearing.
