do the headlights from a 00-01 camry fit on 98 camry ?

You might have to do some work on the bumper if you don't opt for the Gen 4.5 bumper, and the hood might be a problem due to the headlight being bigger.

Yes, but modification is required. You'll need to cut your bumper a bit, and drill the top support bracket. There are a few DIY guides on the topic (here).

ALSO, you'll need the 00-01 corners lights, as they're bigger, too.

I have a 99 Camry, and I'm considering such upgrade. I'll be upgrading the whole front end when I get to it though (bumper cover, lights, corners, bumper shock absorber), as the aftermarket POS bumper I got with my car started sagging and my whole front end looks misaligned.

I'm pretty sure the hoods are same - haven't seen anyone having problems with that.
