-any time you are working near airbags pull the neg battery cable off and wait 10 minutes or so.
-I have not changed a lock cylinder on a camry but I have on a few other cars, most of them are similar. you take the steering wheel cover off to expose the lock. put the key in and turn it. when you turn it a pin or ball should show up in a hole and you push that in and pull out the cylinder. you will need to know if you have a transponder!
