What's wrong with my CAMRY?

Few weeks ago the "Check Engine Light" on my 1999 Camry LE popped up and I went to AutoZone. They took the reading and this two codes showed up- P0441 and P0446. The paper shows this is related to the EVAP system. So I was wondering----

1) Anyway know what these two codes mean? What's wrong with the Engine?

2) How much will it take to fix?

Thanks in advance.

What's wrong with the 1999 Toyota Camry Engine?

So there's something wrong with the Emission Control part (I think they call it the EVAP system) and the technician said it can be the charcoal canister or the purge Line. Is there a test that I can do at a dealership that can tell me what is exactly wrong with the EVAP system or what part of the EVAP system? How much will it cost?

A loose gas cap will throw these codes - start simple - tighten it until you hear three clicks, drive a bit, see if the light goes out. It can also be a bad gas cap gasket, a leak in the hoses or a bad evap. cannister

The code that comes up is P0441 and P0446. I did a smoke test at local Meineke and they said the "EVAP canister" is damaged and will cost $500 to replace. Does it mean that I only have to replace the Charcoal Canister? What does the EVAP canister replacement means anyone know?
