Is this really an oem tie rod?

Yeah, I confirmed with Adam, its oem. I just thought gold was oem, that is what my originals were. Anyways got them installed, now I need an alignment bad.

kill me, but I can't remember how my OEM outer tie rod end looked like
however I think it was that black one with silver castle nut.

soon will be getting another one, so can take a pic and tell more ... forgot to do both sides at same time, now passenger side calls for replacement (noises) after I did the driver side a month ago...

Good. Mine weren't making noises, but grease started to leak and I needed an alignment so I just did them. Now I'm officially done with this car.

Have you checked inner tie rods too? The rack was making terrible noises and the tires were popping on my car, after replacing them the rack is silent and no more clunking at all. Overall my car is quieter than my friend's lexus.

the rack seems silent, noise occasionally comes from rod ends when making full wheel turns in parking lot (now only passenger side, formerly also driver side).

i'm glad I have lifetime alignments with firestone it will be the 4th time I do it soon (after pass tie rod replacement).
