Live data & I/M Readiness

its for a 2000 camry CE 5sfe
Greetings all
I am a new Toyota owner but not new to these wonderful forums
I am hoping someone may be able to interpret these read outs and give me some direction,
I have not yet run 2 tanks of gas but feel something is not right
the first tank gave me more milage than this current tank
I did get a P0420 code cleaned the blazes out of TB IAC, EGR, and intake
this seemd to make the error go away for a while
my CEL came on I did a scan
now I get a P0420 & P0172
I ran a scan and the following readings came up
I would be so greatful for any and all feedback
I do all work myself
my sacanner does not have a memory so I had to write down the readouts
I suspect i got some letters incorrect v instead of u perhaps etc. so if you think a letter is wrong it may very well be so but the numbers/ readings are right
I guess that load pct% at 29 is high, so what would the fix be?

anyway I await any and all feedback

Thanks in advance
Liam

having the Long Term fuel trim at +25% can't be good, sound like a serious vacuum leak maybe?

P0420 is the catalyst monitor error if I remember correctly. take it for a drive on highway at 55mph for 15 minutes (try doing this at a steady speed) then take nearest city exit and do another 15 minutes of local driving at no more than 2,500rpm at max 35mph, it should get passed if catalyst converter is OK (catalyst monitor complete/ok).

if it doesn't want to get passed, maybe start with replacing the downstream oxygen sensor for it (post cat o2 sensor).

On my 1999 5sfe I replaced both 02 sensors (front is an A/F sensor on Cali models) and no P0420for almost a year now. And if a sensor is not reading right that may also be your P0172 code too.

4th Generation txs

I forgot that they are indeed A/F sensors, so is this the sensor that tells the ECU to modify the fuel mixture? it seems to be a new sensor, but I read a post that you don't mess around with these only use oem, wouldn't bet the farm that oem was used

thanks again
