What is the part number for this hose? Any suggestions where to get a new one?

measure its inner dimension and length and go to any auto parts store and ask for a piece of vacuum hose. it should be only a couple of dollars.

i bought mine on ebay, around 3ft/1m of 6mm ID (2mm wall) silicone hose.

you can't easily buy metric hoses in US auto parts stores locally.

Yep, Autozone doesn't have it for sure, it's only on ebay. Is this the one I need? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1-4-6mm-Silicone-Vacuum-Tube-Hose-2m-Silicon-Line-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem43a84e46d1QQitemZ29058 6511057QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccesso ries

um, its vacuum hose - not an exact science. get a 1/4" hose. you will NEVER notice a .004" diameter difference.

The EVAP hose has a larger diameter than vacuum hoses. Get a 5/16" ID fuel hose from NAPA. It's a thicker reinforced hose, about $1.5/foot. (No, the eBay hose is too small).

That ebay hose is actually what I've been using for EVAP on wife's 5s-fe.

it fits just right, 6mm ID is correct (tight fit). even the OEM hose clamps fit it securely on both ends, so the OD must be close too (meaning wall thickness is similar).

it's a good hose. fuel hose will be too thick (OD) IMO and would require special clamps. there is full engine vacuum running through it, so secure clamps are a must.

I bought it from the same ebay seller (he's from Hong Kong) some time ago. This guys sells good metric hoses. I also bought from him the other smaller ID hoses for EGR modulator to TB connections (and throttle opener too).

My bad. I wonder if the 1/4" fuel hose will work then.
