Arrow 01 camry suspension-swap

i have a 01 Camry CE , picked up off my little bro and it was in need of major TLC!. I went thru the motor and replaced all the gaskets and seals as they were all leaking! except for the rear main as it was the only one that checked out. just finished the wheel bearings all the way around , major pain in the ass. And now for ride quality and handling, Ive been looking on the forums and have figured out that i want to run monroe quick strut. i already replaced the front strut mounts 6 months ago and they are already making noises after i took the car off the rack when i did the wheel bearings. now i dont know if the strut mount bearing needs to re-seat as i remember it coming apart while installing the mounts but i think its one of two things the spring is going out or it's just the fact that its a gabreil POS mount. So i don't think Im gonna replace the mounts again , instead Im gonna do the entire suspension. I understand that the V6 has to handle a heavier load but is there any benefit to running the v6 suspension instead, and i know my sway bar end links are out but is there any way to beef up the handling?

You really got some options man. First thing is to search the forums here. Second thing is check out other sites for good quality parts.

If I were you, for about the same price as that OEM junk, you can get a performance strut and some mild lowering springs. The spring rates are much higher and stiffer than stock as well as the struts will keep your chassis MUCH more planted to the ground. My recommendation personally would be Tokico struts and Eibach springs. Use the ones specific to your motor. Have fun!
