3rd Gen Quick Strut Feedback

Has anyone with a 3 Gen Camry installed the Monroe Quick Strut? How do you like them? How did they fit?

Thanks.

I just ordered these yesterday via the Advance Auto parts. Will be getting these installed late this week or over the weekend. I'll let you know.

I asked about these Quick Struts in my posting.. you can find it and see what the feedback was from several people.

It was the cheapest deal I could find from any auto parts supplier... they gave an 15% off the first $100 and will send me a $50 rebate for my next online purchase.

So, my struts were like 134.xx each or $270 for both, no complaints from me!

If I were to buy anywhere else, I'd probably be spending more than $350 total... so take advantage of the deal if you need to.. :-)

I'm on the site and see the struts for the front but not the rear. Do you have part numbers?

Yes, these are Part No 171957 and 171958 but these were for a 1992 Toyota Camry LE so these may not be for your car but my car is a Gen 3 just like yours... soo...

I wouldn't know. I just bought my Camry for $400 off an old couple and it only had 143K miles on it and the struts were totally blown. So, any strut is still an upgrade for me. :-)

the quick struts aren't bad. you get what you pay for. they're economical at best. the quick struts in the rear of my 92 SE lasted roughly five years before getting noticeably softer. they are still decent but a shade on the soft side. i'm going to replace all four struts with tokico blues.

Get struts from the junkyard. No more rear end bounce and fucked up turns.
