Talking Wow

well lynch, everybody, im back from the dead haha. I feel horrible for almost giving up on the camry, selling it, buying a camaro/integra/and or a legend. but after rocking the camry completely stock, i actually kind of missed seeing your sick one of a kind cars. I found myself looking at all your updates, surprises me, but now here i am.

Back to square one with 3 grand. everything is stock..except the rear window visor and saturn spoiler. I never finished or got far with mine, but damnn it LOOKS LIKE CRAP!! I honestly have no idea where to start or what to do, i forgot basic things about the car

but as of tomorrow:
- buy some 18" rims
- wire up my old subs and pioneer deck thats been sitting
- windshield
- finally order the blacked out depo projectors
- hids again, for both headlights and fogs this time
- fix my faded/cracking mesh grille
- need to figure out if the rack & pinions is whats causing my mis-alignment

then whats next guys?! I'll hold off on the paint as i figured ill do that last if i order a kit..

btw should i remove the saturn spoiler and just rock the rear window visor for the cleanliness? (been thinking about that after realizing many you got the rare lip spoiler)

Engine mods depending on what engine you have. Better to have all go and now show at first, IMHO.

i would concentrate on buying a perfectly stock Camry and enjoying it the way it is, only adding subtle touches to the car. the Camry is an extremely reliable and safe car to own. not to mention well thought out and enjoyable to drive. adding a Saturn rear spoiler and 18" rims may not be my first choice on a Camry..

I would only put 18s on it if your planing to the the Supra TT rotors on it. If your just going to to keep stock brakes, or do the ES300 upgrade I wouldn't go up past 16....

No matter what you do in the world of cars, it's wrong. You'll always get flamed. So f*** all the haters, and do what makes YOU happy. Do what YOU think looks good and forget what everyone else says.

some updated pics..

- Removed the rear window visor
- installed a functional shark fin roof antenna
- Converted my center panel to the camry 3.5
- De-badged everything but the "C A M R Y"
- Filled in emblem pin holes & color matched
- Filled in the OEM antenna hole and color matched to body

About to order the invader CF hood & Tokico HP lowering Kit.

cant decide if I want to turn the car black, white, sunburnt orange or keep it all stock beige. opinions? suggestions? once this is all done i can finally start looking at engine swap options

got the car all sanded up and bodywork done, just gotta go through it again around the edges

if you have painted a car or know of any experience, about how many quarts does it take to paint the whole sedan and still have some left over for touch ups? I plan on spraying this in about a week, so that gives me time to order the paint and do final preps
