Part numbers for starter rebuild? 1995 Camry 2.2

Hi all, I'm new to the forum (seems like a great resource). I have a 1995 camry with the 2.2. I wanted to do a starter rebuild and found out I need to replace the contacts and possibly the plunger.

Please let me know the correct part numbers I need to order the contacts and plunger. I read a few different forums and there seems to be some different part numbers recommended.

Thanks!
SR

assuming yours is a 4T vin

and the link, not sure what you need but match the PNC numbers in the diagram to the pncs on the site
http://www.toyotapartszone.com/Page_...onentsIndex=25
NOTE: idk why they don't show full p/ns ie the first two digits are **, replace the first two digits of the PNC for the ** and thats the p/n

^too bad that's a diagram of the alternator, and not the starter...which is what the OP is looking to rebuild.

The part numbers you're looking for are in the lower left hand corner of the new diagram. Looks like 28235 is the plunger, 28226, and 28226A are the contacts if i'm not mistaken..
