there's a small diaphram part under the throttle linkage wheel that I can't find a part number for. Is it one of those things where they won't sell you that part solo? I can't smog my car without it...anyone know of an aftermarket part for this? thanks

can u take a picture of it? up close and far away to get a feel of where its located?

Connect suction pump to hose coming from throttle opener. Does it hold pressure? If so its good.

Your car should be doing weird things if its broken, i.e dropping RPMs, stalling out etc.

Go to the junk yard, remove a throttle body and unscrew the 2 bolts that hold it to the TB. A used TB from ebay is like $30-40 bucks if your time is valuable. I did not see a part number on it but I did see someone had a new one in pics.

ok, when you run your arrow over the middle of the close up pic of it you'll see the part.

It is probably a "dealer only" part and they will have the part number.
