My Tokico HP blues went bad in the rear, infact my rear left strut completly colapsed. Ask if you want to see it. So i was a cheapskate the past couple years driving around on no rear suspension. Its too perilous. So i bought some KYB for the rear. The one thing i will say about Tokico. They are the best, best ride quality and the stiffest shock as well, but the only problem is after about 30k miles they are gone. I have probably 50-60k on the fronts. They are still holding up they just dont ride the same anymore. And KYB im sure will last longer i just dont like them, they dont react fast enough. They hit hard then soft. Tokico is it hits soft then is firm. But this is what I did recently, along with a new timing belt and water pump. Next on my agenda next month is new engine mounts. And fixing my exhaust leak on the front exhaust manifold.

I also forgot I did this probably about 5 months ago. Everyone on here said they didnt work. Until i rode in a friend who had a chevy cobalt before and after he installed it, and one day we took a trip to the coast and i drove halfway there and i was wondering what he had done to it since i last went with him and he said it was that chip. I was supprised, it helped with some of the low end to mid power that just was missing from his car, it completly transformed it, made it more responsive. So i bought it on ebay, 26$, what do i have to lose? And since then, it makes better power now on regular than it was before with premium or plus of what i was running.

I thought i was going crazy, but my dad drove it, and my mechanic drove it, and they all said it has alot more power than any other stock camry. So hey it worked, it was easy to install. It also idles smoother as well. Whatever its doing, its doing a good job. Plus i think i gained maybe 1mpg out of it, so sure

This chip goes on the IAT not the ECM, right?

This is a real "chip"...

Have you put the car on a dyno to really test it? Or run it at the track at least? Have fun replacing engine seals/o2s/catalytic converter(s) next year or 2.
