OK, so they did the steering wheel nut re-torque per the recall but that's it. Tech didn't notice anything else unusual in the steering. Two problems..........
#1.) If they test drove the thing at all & couldn't feel the problem with the steering, then they're idiots & shouldn't so much as push paper acrossed a desk.
#2.) The "gold team member" didn't even get the description of the problem right on the notes. I talked to him in specifics as if he knew what tie rods, or end links were. How are there so many unemployed people & so stupid a pack of people in the positions that are taken??
Sorry gang......I just have a low tolerance for the state of mechanics these days. I'm no pro but c'mon people. I need to find a GOOD and REAL mechanic that actually knows when things are right & wrong.
