V6 M/T CV axle question

I am experience some vibration from my solara v6 m/t, not sure if it is from wheel, axle, wheel bearing, or stuck caliper,

when i jacked up both front wheels, then start engine, and shift in gear,
with front wheels on, experience vibration at 20-30 mph, then 40 to 60 mph
when i removed both front wheels, but put the lug nuts on the studs to secure the wheel hub, and did the same test, vibration is less, so probably my wheels are slightly out of balance.
but i do hear noise from cv axle area, from both driver side and passenger side, when i went under the car while the axles are spinning to see if those noise are normal, but with the speed at 60 to 70 mph, rpm at 2.5 to 2.8k the engine noise , and radiator fan spining, drown the noise from cv axle, but i do hear a little louder noise from the passenger side intermediate shaft area.
then once i get out from under the car, and i notice my driver side hub hardly spining, while the passenger side hub spins fast.
so i took off both caliper, and brake pads, and shift in gear again,
here is what i observed, in 1st, 2nd, 3rd gear, maybe 4th, both side hubs spin, but then once in 40mph, 4th or 5th gear, now the passenger side hub slowing down, and barely spins while driver side hub spins fast.

here is what i know about my axles,
since i bought the vehicle in 2004, at 113k miles,(now 176k) i've never service neither cv axle, still now, doesn't seems to have any crack, leak on boot, both axle seem to be toyota brand because i do see the red sticker with toyota part number on it.

i was thinking to replace the cv axle, but when i looked online toyota stealership, cost over $400 per axle with $75 core charge remanufactured for 3.0L manual transmission.

when i looked on ebay, there are a lot of axle for camry/solara,
i saw the interchangeable axle for solara 3.0 m/t are
CAMRY 92-93 Front Axle; outer assm, 6 cyl, w/ABS, GKN mfr,
CAMRY 97-01 Front Axle; 6 cyl, MT,
LEXUS ES300 92-93 AT, GKN mfr,
SOLARA 99-01 6 cyl, MT,

i have every aftermarket axle failed on me(my bad luck, the hassle been through failed aftermarket axle out cost the oem, physically and mentally), and every rebuilt with my toyota cv boot kit last 60k at least, and no sign of crack or leak on boot.

to all who did 1mz swapped from a/t to m/t, is the above interchangeable axle for m/t v6 correct?
