Well the 2000 5sfe engine used is about

$800.00 + 4hr labor
$150.00 + 1hr labor for mounts
$150.00 + 1hr for tune up
$20.00 + .5hr for flush

Total $1120.00 + labor.

That's assuming that the engine is used. A new engine will run ya around 1200.00

The prices I listed Are about what you can expect to pay just for the parts. Add what I listed for labor depending on how much a local shop charges.. Usually between $35.00-$100.00 per hour.

For the brakes your looking at:

$60.00 for front pads, rear shoes and rear shoe spring kit.

If you need drums and rotors add $200.00. Add 1hr labor.

For the clutch, it's

$160-$180.00 for a resurfaced flywheel and clutch kit. Add 8-10 labor

4hr to remove the transmission, 4hr to install it, 30 minutes to install clutch.

I am assuming that If the clutch is replaced it will take them about 10hr though.

The $800.00 is the cost of the engine (used)

If you get a remanned it will be 1200.00-1500.00 with shipping
