Timing Cover Gasket set questions

I just purchased a new timing cover gasket set from napa for a '94 camry, which has both rubber and foam seals for the timing cover.

Anyone know where the 'lightening bolt' piece goes? The other two rubber ones go on the upper and the lower cover, but finding the location of this one is making my head spin!

Also, do the foam seals get stuck to the rounded outside edge of these rubber seals, or do they get stuck to the block?

Pretty sure the lightning bolt piece goes between the the top and bottom...probably attaches to the lower edge of the top cover. Foam...no idea...never seen a rig with the foam intact

I see now. You were close, it goes on the outer edge of the lower cover, near the top...there is a raised ridge that it goes over, facing the tire, to give the upper cover a seal to rest on/rub against.

I first saw the foam seal midway thru this thorough DIY, but he doesn't seemed to have mentioned the rubber one, which bits and pieces of the old one were still attached on mine (except were of hard plastic.) I guess I'm going to have to assume it gets sealed to this rubber, since the rubber seems better protection than the foam.
