Saying my final farewell to T/N

Well guys, an update: Things with the accident have been getting straightened out now and I have already set sights on a different car. Looking at 97/98 Nissan Maxima with relatively low miles for the year. They are definitely sharp looking LOL.

Unfortunately I can't finance a new Toyota at the moment and plus I have never had a car payment. I would hate to get into one at the moment as I'm still in the first 5 years of my business and some months are better than others and don't want to take the chance LOL.

If anyone has questions about changing window regulators, headlights, A/C issues, or tranny/differential changes, let me know! Or if you live in Denver and need help fixing those things email me and I can help you out!

You don't have to say farewell to TN just because you drive a different make of automobile

Post pics of your Maxima when you get it!

Maybe I spoke too soon LOL. Just seen a Toyo SUV for around the same price as the Maxima.

I really think I should get an SUV even if it's until after I move. The main issue I had with the Camry is it was hard to load stuff in there and when moving time came around (which is like once a year) I had to trash a lot of stuff. Last year around this time I loaded up my Camry with everything I could and moved to Denver. Half of my stuff I had to trash as it didn't fit. Now I want to leave Denver by next year and perhaps go to Canada LOL.

But there was so much weight in my trunk and backseats that my tires would scrape the wheel wells.

Actually, I move around quite a bit and 4 times I had to pack up my whole apartment in my little Camry LOL.

I test drove a decent 4Runner the other week with 262,000 miles but the fuel gauge didn't work, the RPM would keep going on...but it was only $2,200. I decided against it. I can't be running out of gas in a SUV

Looking for cars is a bitch LOL. I feel like I'm wasting people's time but I'm just wanting to look at all my options. I've already test driven 3 cars. Been looking at private owners and dealers but think I'm going to stick with private owners for the best deal. And then, when you get there, the car doesn't look as good as the photos or there is something wrong with it that they didn't mention. Most cars I've looked at the interior has been awful! My Camry was a piece of crap on the outside but the interior made it feel like a new car!

One guy took 2 photos of the back of this CLEAN 97 Maxima with wheels from a 2000 Maxima. But when I got there the front of it was all scraped up, cracked windshield, bald tires, bad brakes, dirty interior. Came close to getting that but changed my mind as I didn't want to have to deal with crappy paint like my Camry had.

When I bought the Camry it was love at first sight: Fairly new paint job not a single dent or scratch in it. And I knew the guy was selling it was a mechanic. I flew down from Miami without even seeing a photo of the car, but when I seen it I knew it was mine LOL

when the right car comes along you'll know it. hang in there and get what you want and don't settle for the middle of the road.

Let's hope this isn't anything like finding the right mate

What gets me though is most of the private owners don't want to fix their problem. They just want instant cash for a vehicle that LOOKS used. They don't want to put any money into it. I don't want to buy a car that shuts off at stop signs, has no transmission, or "needs some work".

It's like you're better off keeping it and fixing whatever it is than trying to sell it. Don't brush your problem onto someone else for a profit.

I gave up on finding a decent Lexus. Older luxury cars are a headache. All the gadgets stop working. There's a guy I see posting EVERY DAY trying to sell a 1992 Lexus LS400. Makes me think, what's wrong with it LOL.
