92 camry LE, The A/C works well.. but i have some sort of noise every 30 seconds- 1 minute that lasts for probably 5 seconds.... I was just curious if this was going to lead to a problem because I own another vehicle that is doing this as well. The noise is hard to describe but whenever the AC isn't on then the noise isn't there. Thanks for the look.

Where's the noise coming from? Under the hood near the compressor? Inside the car? What sort of noise? Clicking / ticking, knocking, hissing, or something else? How loud? Drowns out the music? Have to have the music off to hear it? Something in between?

Sounds like the canuter valve is going.

the noise is more like a hissing i guess then anything else... it's loud enough with low music to hear it... It's coming from the passenger side in the hood... I believe it's by the compressor... Someone said it maybe the conducer turning on and off. But it will start making noise and then turn off... then on and then off.. you get the idea...
