Of course you can!
The toughest part of installing my spoiler was drilling holes in the trunk!!

Well maybe yours didnt, but it was an option. Pretty easy to find at the junkyard or ebay, but at the junkyard you'll be able to grab the proper wiring as well so the brake light failure light on the dash doesnt come on.
If you get a spoiler from the bone yard remember to snag the tail light failure sensor from the car you got the spoiler from. if you eliminate the high center brake light you will get a tail light failure warning if you use your sensor. And you want to get rid of the center brake light if you have theLED's in the spoiler. Having the LED's in the spoiler and the center brake light on the rear deck just looks dumb.
This is a really neat and easy upgrade. Aside from the tough part of drilling holes in your trunk. If you find yourself a donor car to get the spoiler from, take some extra time to pull the OE wiring harness that powers it. It will pull and plug into your cars OE tailight harness, have fasteners that will lock and route it in a full factory manner to the trunk, and wire it up so it does not set off any dash lights. A nice plug-in, factory like installation.
Guys are right though about fixing the trunk "hold-up" springs, otherwise the thing will have a tendancy to bonk you in the head when your least expecting it.

So the Spoiler light, cant you just manually connect the braking wiring that goes to the Reg one to the Spoiler instead...just do some wiring work. Will the dash light be on.?
I dont know the answer to that for sure. Connecting LED's to regular wiring sets off burnt out tailight sensors (dash lights) in my experience. The OE harness for any OE spoiler simply plugs into old points on your original wiring anyway, so why mess around with half ass wiring when you can use the OE stuff that could come with any part yard sourced spoiler, built for your car? This is what I did, and it was great! Plugs, plugged in, fasteners, secured the wiring harness along the whole route, rubber grommets fit into the holes drilled in the bodywork, and wiring lengths were perfect. Why mess with great Toyota engineering, when you can add it to your car for next to nothing as opposed to jury rigging something up? Just IMO.

Like I said earlier don't forget to get the tail light failure sensor from the donor car or you will get a failure light on the dash. Also get the cover for the center brake light that is where the spoiler plugs in. Then you can remove the center light and still look like the car came with the spoiler.

Drivers side of trunk, behind the carpet, on the backside of a vertical metal support. It is usually blue or yellow in color and about 2.5 or 3 inch square.
Just a note to the OP: LE V-6's did come with spoilers, in fact from what I've seen at the local Pick-n-Pull, just about any model could be optioned with a spoiler, even relatively bare bones 4cyl. examples.
