Post Help - 1999 Camry headlight bulbs

Hey there, this is my first time on the forums here

I recently fitted some Narva Blue Power +90 globes on my low beams and I'm loving the extra light strength, however, is it legal? I was sure they were legal since they were marketed as an upgrade to the standard globes in the Camry. I heard that the HIDs/Xenons are illegal without the appropriate lenses but does this globe count as one?

Thanks

How did you install anything on just the low beam? It's a 9003/HB2 the low and high beam are both in the same bulb. At least they are in the US. Or is different down in kiwi land?

Hi yes I think it is different, because there are three bulbs in the headlight (low beam, parking light and high beam). I replaced the low beam and parking lights in both headlights (Narva Blue Power +90s). I haven't changed the high beams.

thanks
