i actually ended up with it by accident when i had my car tinted, the service manager was new, (usually the guy i dealt with, would stand with me at the cashier) but the new guy gave me a thick packet and walked away so curious i looked through it and it had the line off date etc. i asked the cashier and said i wasn't supposed to have it but asked her boss i guess and ended up giving it to me anyways.
a easier way is to subscribe to tis for 2 days for 15$
at the top goto vin search and type in your vin and it shows everything, just print page or something and your golden
