ABS diagnostic plug location Australian Camry

Folks,
I can't for the life of me find the location of the ABS diagnostic plug in my TMC (Australia) 1993 Camry.
It isn't in the engine compartment, I'm pretty sure, and I can't find anything that looks at all like it behind either the left (passenger) or right (driver) kick panel or in the general area of the electrical connections above the driver's feet.
Does anyone have a colour for the plug? I understood it was black but that hasn't helped me find it.

I feel pretty stupid to have to ask such a basic question.

Thanks
Dave

there should be a Data Terminal underneath the hood. If your car is LHD, it should be on the right hand side if your looking at it from the front. Which would be the Passenger side for ya. It will be a small Black box behind the strut tower.

You need to jump TC and E1. The Lid on the DLC should list all of the pin numbers.

Thanks Mister Perkins! - especially fore the picture.

The reason I mentioned Australia is because we are RHD here. Any and ALL images/manuals I have found online do not refer to our situation and have been singularly useless!. When the vehicle returns, I'll look for a blue plug under the (bonnet)!

Thanks again Mod.
