Remove Dent on driver side rear passenger panel

Some fool did a hit and run and pushed a dent on the driver side right where the rear passenger sits. How do I take the interior panel out to push this dent out?

Car is a 2001 Solara 2 door.

A picture of the dent would be nice. Any creases?

Sometimes with just the right dent, like medium sized, on a smooth area, with no creases, you can stick a bathroom plunger to them and pull it out. Seen a fella do this on a Nissan truck once after backing into a mailbox - you couldn't tell it afterwards.

Thanks for the quick response! I don't see any noticable crease. However, it did bend the molding that went along the side of the car. I tried the plunger (well another suction cup) method and that didn't work. I think the bent molding is somehow holding the dent back in. I'll try and post a pic as soon as I get the chance.

Suggestion: If the paint is not sctatched find a place that does paintless dent removal. They do a amazing job and not too expensive. I use Dent Wizard. The process should take about 2 hours and done!
