2001 Camry JBL speaker replacement help needed

Hi. I have a 2001 Toyota Camry LE V6 with 47,000 original miles on it. It has the JBL sound system in it. I had the factory JBL amp bypassed and the factory head unit replaced with a new Pioneer DVD head unit. The factory system has the separate JBL tweeters in the pods on the doors, also speakers in the lower front doors, and speakers in the rear deck. I hope you know the set up I am talking about. Can aftermarket tweeters fit in the stock JBL tweeter pod locations? I wonder what size tweeter can fit in there? Situation is...

I blew out one of the rear speakers and I am looking to upgrade the entire sound system. For the front I am trying to decide between these three component sets from Focal...

I wonder if the Focal tweeters will fit in my stock location? That is my most important question as I would hate to order them and then find out they don't fit. I asked Crutchfield and they aren't sure if they would fit. I don't want to cut any new holes in the door, etc. I want to be able to put tweeters in the factory location, factory tweeter pods.

For the rear I thought of two options...

1. I was going to stick with Focal and go with these 6x9's ...

or because I am not into one note BOOMY bass, but nice tight, punchy bass, I had a crazy idea to skip the big box in the trunk and try installing 2 of these in the rear deck with separate custom sealed boxes around them...

These don't require a huge box so I think it may work in the rear deck where the 6x9's would normally go. Thoughts? I would greatly appreciate some help and ideas. Thank you!
