94 Camry LE V6 Wheels

Was thinking of changing from the 15" steel wheels i currently have to something else. Any suggestions for an upgrade without spending a lot of cash? Another year camry or another toyota model? Just wondering what others have done? Pics would be nice.

I currently have 09 SE wheels on my 96....personally I wouldn't go over 17" on a Gen 3/3.5...buts that just me.

Hope this helps and Good Luck!

Well being that I just bought a new set within the last year... I'll wait on this change.. I'm not buying another set of Tires and Rims to boot. I can wait to wear these out. But I was curious.

How do 17s handle? I've been thinking about rims but I don't want to ruin my cars ride more than the test of time has.

The handle great on my coupe, but I do have an H&R drop, and a TRD RSB. They ride almost OEM smooth!

I Have a set of 1993 style 15" alloys that I had repainted just this summer with 4 new 205-65-15 tires on them that I am trying to sell, $400 gets them. Sorry no pics today but here is a link to the style.
They look like this but with tires, I can snap some pics tonight if interested.

I read your PM Sorry for the late reply!....NO rubbing issues with the SE's....I do have 3mm spacers on the rear, but I put them on for the widen the rear track look more that for fitting rims.

I've had lots of rims on my Coupe over the years, with different offsets..(40 O.S. usually fit fine). When I ran the TRD 18's with 45 o.s. 225/45's tires, I would rub in the rear if I had rear passengers or over large dips in the hiways, but ever so slightly. So I rolled my rear fenders.

If your able to, test fit the rims your interested in, do it. If they rub, its an ez fix 3mm Spacers on Ebay will run you 20 bucks or less, and rolling your fenders is pretty dang ez too! Free if you do it the way I did!

The Coupe is lowered on H&R sports.

On the TRD's 225/45 Khumos

17's 40 Offset! 215/50 fuzions

18" Konigs unknowns...225/40 yokos...never rubbed!! (before the H&R's)

After the drop!

17" Megli Megalia 45 offset! 215/50 Fuzions

17" Drags..40 offset! 215/50 BFG's

I paid $400.00 for my rims with the tires from a fellow on here. I would suggest if you want rims, buy them used because you usually can get them with decent tires for a decent price. Back in 2005 I bought a set of 17" MSR Rims for my 93 civic SI for $400.00 also, and they came with low pros already on it. Just be patient, and have at least $500.00 to spend (shipped). Theres rims out there, just gotta find em'
