99 Toyota Camry no power when hot outside
So I posted here before but it's been a long time about my 99 toyota camry (four cylinder) having no power on take off's when warming up in the hot weather. Has really good power on take off's when it's cold outside and is warming up. It has good power when it's warmed up. I have replaced the coolant sensors as some have said on this forum in the past. Including the one on the radiator. I have new plugs and wires. News ignition coils. A new air temperature sensor for the intake. That didn't solve it. Thought it would. It has a new O2 sensor down stream of the CAT. The up stream one hasn't been replaced that I'm aware of. I was thinking it could be the MAP sensor? I have a new TPS in it. All these new things help it a little. But I sure still notice a big difference in the way it performs when warming up in cold temps versus hot temps. I have to push the pedal to the floor and shift it into lower gears just not to get ran over by cars when I'm trying to accelerate from stop on a corner turn. You know when you get that "classic 4 cylinder delayed pop" from the engine when the car changes gears. It doesn't seem like it shifts because it doesn't get that pop on the rpms like when you push the pedal to the floor when it's warmed up or cold outside. I hope it's not the transmission. No Check Engine Light is on. I had changed the fluid and filter on the transmission 20,000 miles ago and just replaced the radiator because it was cracked. And the hoses from the radiator to the transmission spilt a little transmission fluid and it was still red. It does have a performance air intake on it. The tube is metal. I was concerned about the metal being to hot and throwing off the sensors? Any ideas on some things to do, or what it could be? Thanks!
