^^What Hemi said!

I had a hose come off mine once and the washer stopped working. You can access it by loosening, and pulling back the the plastic in the wheel well on the passenger side.

Thanks for both replies. I assume this must be done from underneath, including removing the wheel and working around it?

it's very easy to do. just jack the car up, remove the wheel and unbolt all the screws holding down the plastic fender liner extending under the washer tank area, you might need to unbolt some of those sitting in wheel well too to get better access.

you will see it once there. motor is plugged and clipped into the plastic washer tank, you will also see a Washer Fluid Level Warning sensor in the bottom of tank too.

It's been a while since I had to remove a fender liner, but unscrewing it was easy, it was getting it back in position and screwing it back in that was difficult.

Thanks for all the help

Okay, I bought a pump, removed the liner, installed the new pump -- nothing.

I measured the voltage to the pump and it jumped all over the place. Usually between 4-8 volts changing constantly. I think it's supposed to be 12v steady so, I this must mean the pump wasn't the problem, it was the power to it.

Anybody know what to do when the voltage to the washer pump is bad? I have no idea where the wires come from. I assume they're from a relay somewhere, but I guess they could come from the windshield wiper motor.

You should trace the wire as far back as you can, and test it at various points. A Haynes manual will have electrical diagrams in the back of it that may help you locate the proper color wire coming off the ECU.

Thanks for your reply. After a day or so without a reply, I elevated this to a new message and got a reply. I should have come back here and explained that. Sorry.
