Help with CEL: Camry 1997 V6 (P0441, P0445, P0773)

My Camry 1997 LE V6 (1MZFE; automatic) has 146k miles and recently failed on a waterpump, so ran few miles on 'hot' engine (at 145kmiles, w napa water pump ran just ~60k miles- Bad!) just after replacement i got engine
error codes: p0441, P0445 and P0773. Not sure if 'Hot' (temp meter 'ran' high few times, before i figured
it was the 'water pump'!)..
Here is what i gathered after reading the forums and checking with my dealer/mechanic, but need help on figuring out what has to be changed and part number and where to get them!:
1) 0441 : Open or short on VSV circuit for EVAP
Solution:
a) from forum: Replace EVAP VSV and Charcoal Canister assembly !
http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=3203705&postcount=21
b) from dealer: none!
c) question: Any sugestions what to do?
2) P0450 Evaporative Emission Control System Pressure Sensor Malfunction
solutions from dealer: Replace Vapor pressure sensor
Question:
- Dealer part is about 229+tx, i found napa after market part for ~140+tx (napa part: CRB 221018; Echlin Fuel System)
https://napaautoparts.com/Catalog/CatalogItemDetail.aspx?A=CRB221018_0242401496&An=5 99001+101997+50070+2070002&Ar=AND(P_RecType%3aA)
- I dont know if this is the correct part, dealer says there are multiple valves and does have a picture to show me how it looks! He says toyota parts are best for sensors, as error codes may not disappear with after market? is that true?
- Any one with prior experience to confirm if this is correct part? and will after market part (napa ) work? any suggestions...pros-cons?
3) P0773 Shift Solenoid E Electrical
Dealer: they want to open up the transmission to figure our what the problem is, he is asking for ~450$ for labor to figure out!!, reading the forums, some say: Replace Trns. fluid and some says just replace 'shift solenoids
(two on camry 97, i believe?)'
Question: If i were to replace the solenoids, after market parts ok? or toyota parts?, i found one part on toyota parts web site: 35240-33010 will that work ? after market parts on rockparts or amazon runs to 180 to 220 $ for two solenoids made by 'Standard parts' and there is one other made by 'wells' Not sure if they are will be a good replacement. Any advice on what has to be done..
- Any advice: If replacing the solenoid will solve the error code or Transmission would have gone bad? ! i know a mechanic, who is asking me to take it to a trnsmission specialist for diagnosis.. Not sure if i have just sell the car!!, don't like one more loan
payment! - ( not sure if any one would buy it with CEL light on - )... Thanks in advance..

$450 labor just to check it out, lol. I don't know this area at all, but I'm sure someone here has some insight, so here's a bump.
