Lock unlock problem gen 4

Hey guys i got my 97 camry xle a while back in the begining of the year. My camry doesn't unlock all the doors with the switches on both driver and passenger side but it locks from both sides with the button. I also cant unlock the driver door with the key because the security system sounds off with the factory alarm but when i unlock my car from the passenger door it doesn't sound the alarm just deactivates and then i can unlock my driver door and get in without a problem. I thought it could be my master driver switch so i changed that but nothing happened. Im sick of getting through my passenger door everytime if someone can please help me with this problem that would be so great. Thanks in advance guys.

Hmm iono. I have a similar problem. When I use my key to get into my car from either the left or right doors, it no longer electronically unlocks, only mechanically (like when the battery is disconnected). However hitting the Unlock button that unlocks all doors, that works fine.

Sorry I can't be of any help.

I would look into replacing the drivers side windows switches, or the loom in the door where it bends has broken wires. edit - I see you replaced the windows switch, so next step is to find out if you have a broken wire problem.
