Australia does gen 4 wagon interior fit in gen 3?

Hi,
I tried searching for this answer but couldn't find it.
As the title asks, does the gen4 interior - front and rear seats, and wagon trim - fit in a gen 3 wagon ('95)?
Any specific answers/advice would be appreciated.

Cheers.

Well you have a Gen 3.5, as its a 95. The 4th Gens didn't start until '97 so the interior should fit just fine. The only thing different of you car is the front lip, lights, and bumper. Good luck.

Ooppsorryy, I think you misunderstood the question.... I have no experience with gen4 wagons (we don't have them in the US) but don't think that swap would work. If you just ask the same question without mentioning the wagon part, you would get more replies and they would be somewhat relevant. The fronts are probably the same in the wagon and sedan of the same vintage.

I'd have to say no. The general lines of the car are different for one thing. Not too mention I'm sure the air ducting, electrical connections, and many other things are different.

However, I've heard of people swapping an ES300 interior into a Camry. You have to swap everything from the dash to the door panels to get it all to fit, but it can be done.

thanks for the feedback.
I only really wanted to keep my options open when searching for a replacement interior at the wreckers. I assumed if I can span my search years from '94 - '01, I may have a better chance of finding some interior bits in good condition...
Realistically, i would only be after the front & rear seats; all the door cards; & the wagon trim....
