Canada Snow tires????

Hey guys I have a 1992 Toyota Camry with a 3.0 V6 and was wondering what kind of snow tires you would put on this car??

My current choices are Firestone Winterforce UV vs General Altimax Arctic

Ps... I'm in Canada! lol

Last winter I put on Winterforce and they were fantastic, car went from acting like a sled to a tractor. Will be putting them back on in another 6 weeks or so.

I have no experience with the Generals.

I had Winterforce on my Camry before and the difference was amazing. I could confidently go up & down snowy hills.

No experience with Generals.

Gerneral altimax arctic is a clone of the Gisvlad Nordfrost 5 series, very nice in my opinion. I got mine from kijiji.

Where in canada are you? I am in the GTA, highways are usually cleared after I have to be at work, so in my experience, the Canadian Tire nordic ice (discontinued), Current Goodyear supplied Nordic are adequate, and the General Altimax arctic are made with a softer compound.
