As with our 2000 Sienna, our 01 Solara's suspension is worn out so I'm replacing it all... Finished the van which was pretty easy but the rear suspension on the Solara is a pain. http://img26.imageshack.us/img26/7796/8513645.gif The 4 rear control arms (2 on each side) are pinned together with long bolts (3 and 4 in the diagram) but I can not get them out since they are corroded and you can't remove the inner two because the gas tank is in the way. Anyone know how to replace these? Think I could drop the whole suspension carrier (#25) but the exhaust is in the way! Help!
