Does ANYONE know where I can get some halo headlights for my 98 camry cause I can't find them anywhere and also would the 2000 through 01 model headlight fit in my car??

There are no headlights that come with halos for the gen 4 (97-99), gen 4.5 (00-01) they do. Headlights from an gen 4.5 can work on the gen 4 with modifications which are in these threads. But in order for you to do halos, my opinion for you is save money and buy a set of DEPO clear headlights which maybe hard to come by, i haven't looked on Amazon or eBay lately so I'm not sure. Then get a "halo"/"led ring" and some way find a way to add it to the headlight. but in all honestly halos are a thing of the past, which i regret on doing to my projectors. But to each his own.

Ugh....I would say, Halos belong to BMWs as lambo doors belong to Lambos.....but it's your car, so I would suggest maybe a LED version? Check out superbrightleds.com
