Power off problem!

So, sometimes when I start my car it doesn't start. The whole power in my car is OFF. Even sometimes when I park my car after using it in my school parking lot, the whole power of the car is off and turns back on when I open my engine and move the battery line it works or sometimes the power is ON by itself but the whole system is resetted. I checked the battery line which is tight and the battery is new bought from walmart of jan 2011.

Any solutions?

Most likely you have a loose or bad connection somewhere since yer power comes back on when you wiggle the wire.

Snap a few photos of yer engine bay and yer battery terminals and post those up.

I would even guess that you might have a bad ground, too.

Personally, I would pull the negative wire first, then the positive. Clean all yer connections even if you have to take the connector apart and soak them in a mixed solution of baking soda and water. Wire brush the connections until shiny/bright. Reassemble and hook up the positive first...then the negative.

You might want to check the power going to the fuse box as well. It could be loose...
