4th Generation VERY! SLOOOW Wipers

hey all

Straight to the prob.
2001 Camry Sedan
Wipers are extremely slow on all speed setting
We had the motor replaced a couple years ago.
Not sure if this is a switch problem or motor again.

Can anyone suggest something to try as a cursory test, helping me to determine which it might be?

Thanks in advance

Al

Is this an OEM motor or an aftermarket one?

I would check the linkage to make sure it's not binding or bent.

Advanced Auto Parts

Lifetime $80 after core charge refund.
Garage put it on for $70 since this happened so soon and they bought the first one.
Still $150.00 I did not need to eat.
Worked a second job to make $120.00 over the weekend.
It's always one step forward and two backward.
Oh well no car payments here.

We are blessed.
Thank you folks for reading and any consideration.
